Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Cockapoo Workshop suitable for all Cockapoos?
Yes. Our full day Cockapoo Workshop is designed for Cockapoos aged 10 months and over. Whether your dog struggles with lead pulling, overexcitement, reactivity or settling in public, the workshop provides practical training tailored to the typical behaviours of this intelligent and energetic breed.
What will my Cockapoo learn during the workshop?
Throughout the day, you'll learn our proven No Nose In Front Of Toes Technique, helping your Cockapoo walk calmly on the lead, remain settled in a restaurant, behave confidently during woodland walks and become more relaxed around people and other dogs. You'll also receive personalised guidance based on your dog's individual needs.
Why does the workshop include woodland and restaurant training?
Dogs don't learn best in one environment alone. By practising in our dog training academy, woodland and a real restaurant, your Cockapoo learns to stay calm and responsive in everyday situations. This helps build reliable behaviour that transfers to your daily life.
Will I receive one to one coaching during the workshop?
Yes. Although the workshop is held in a small group of up to 10 dogs, Craig provides individual coaching throughout the day. You'll receive practical advice, answers to your questions and guidance that is specific to your Cockapoo's behaviour and training goals.
Is the Cockapoo Workshop suitable for aggressive dogs?
No. This workshop is designed for Cockapoos that need help with lead pulling, excitement, confidence and general behaviour. It is not suitable for dogs that display aggression towards people or other dogs. If you're unsure whether your dog is suitable for the workshop, please contact us before booking.
