DELIVERY AND RETURNS INFORMATION

Delivery

All our dog lead products are sent free of charge via Royal Mail 48 tracked to Mainland UK addresses only, we don't not send overseas. We currently do not accept next working day delivery.

Orders are packed with care by ourselves at our dog training academy. We try and dispatch orders twice a week. During periods of increased demand, dispatches maybe delayed.

When ordering any of our place board products, we charge an additional £4.99 for postage. Please allow up to 10 days for place board delivery as they are specially made to order and are delivered via Evri. 

You'll receive a confirmation email upon ordering and then another once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We want you to adore your new The Dog Therapist product. In case it wasn't paw-fect for you and your pup, unwanted items can be returned within 14 days in their original condition with no signs of wear, discolouration, dog biting or use in general for a full refund.

We are unable to pay for the cost of your return, please use a courier that covers the cost of your item as we will not be held responsible for anything happening to it.

Please email us on thedogtherapist1@gmail.com to let us know you want to return your items and we'll let you know where to send them.

If you have received a faulty item from us, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can resolve it for you. Send an email with photos of the issue to thedogtherapist1@gmail.com

Returns cannot be made in person, we will only accept returns via courier

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
