With over 27 years of hands-on experience, I help owners take back control using my proven No Nose in Front of Toes technique it's a clear, structured approach built on calm authority, consistency, and zero negotiation.

My philosophy is simple:

No confusion. No mixed messages. No endless bribery with treats. Just calm, decisive leadership that dogs understand instantly.

Sonny
Doggy Pack Leader

Sonny looks after all things doggy in our training academy and office. She packs all of your lead orders and helps out in the lessons with Craig to ensure you and your fur babies achieve your dream dogs at the end of the session. Sonny’s favourite part of the day is seeing the owners faces when all of the transformations happen.

Canine Content creator

Jess deals with all things social media, you’ll always find her behind the scenes recording our videos and editing them for you to enjoy. Jess's favourite part of the job is choosing the weekly cutest canine and cuddling all of the furry friends.


     

Nelly & Nora
Office Dogs

Nelly and Nora, our working cocker spaniels, help pack your orders with lots of licks and encouragement. They are always on hand to help with dogs that come in for residential training, acting as stooge dogs to help with clients dogs' reactivity
