A Game-Changer for Us and Our Puppy We came to Craig feeling completely out of our depth. We’d only had our puppy, Murray, for 8 months, but things already felt overwhelming. Walking on a lead had become a daily battle, and it wasn’t just about pulling — it was his constant high-alert energy, everywhere we went. We were stuck and unsure how to move forward. I stumbled across Craig’s Instagram and I saw a dog just like Murray and couldn’t believe the transformation. That gave me some hope. From the very first email to the final WhatsApp messages, Craig’s communication was amazing — especially considering how busy he must be. He was quick to respond, helped us find a date that worked, and answered all our questions thoroughly and kindly. We started with a group session in the morning, which Craig recommended so he could observe Murray around other dogs. We followed it with a 1-2-1 session, and as luck would have it, another dog with similar reactivity was booked in that afternoon. Craig suggested we join that session too, so both dogs could benefit from training together. Within five minutes of Craig working with us, we saw a change. Murray stopped pulling on the lead, became noticeably more relaxed, unbothered by dogs around and by the end of the session, I was calmly walking him through a busy garden centre. I even left him in a sit while I walked around the shop — something that would’ve been completely unimaginable just hours before. What stood out most was how Craig helped us shift our mindset — how we speak to and interact with Murray. That alone was a huge breakthrough. Now, we have peaceful daily walks, relaxed visits to coffee shops and pubs, and a totally different relationship with our dog. We’re already looking forward to recall training with Craig. If you’re at your wit’s end or even just want to start your puppy off on the right foot — do this and work with Craig and his team. It’s worth every penny, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly.
