We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us.

If an order is modified or cancelled, we may attempt to notify you via the contact details provided during the booking process.
SECTION 7 – CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Due to limited availability of training sessions and workshops, the following cancellation terms apply.
1-to-1 Training, Spaniel Day Workshops and Skills & Manners Workshops & Residential Dog Training
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled session or workshop are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled session, workshop or residential dog training are non-refundable.
Where possible, we may offer a transfer to another date at our discretion.
Refunds will not be issued once training has commenced.
Bridgemere Saturday Workshops and Mid-Week Workshops
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled workshop are eligible for:
• a full refund, or
• transfer to a future workshop date where availability allows.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop are non-refundable.
SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools or services which we do not monitor or control.
These tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or guarantees.
Use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or policies of those external websites.
Any interaction with third-party websites is at your own risk.
SECTION 10 – USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

SECTION 13 – DOG TRAINING SERVICES
The Dog Therapist Limited provides professional dog training and behavioural guidance using ethical and welfare-focused training methods.
Training plans are tailored to the individual dog based on information provided by the owner and observations made during training sessions.
While professional guidance is provided, no guarantees can be made regarding behavioural outcomes, as training success depends on many factors including consistency, environment and owner participation.
SECTION 14 – DOG OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES
The dog owner agrees to:
• provide accurate information about the dog’s behaviour and history
• disclose any aggression, reactivity or bite history
• ensure the dog is vaccinated and healthy before attending training
• maintain full control of their dog at all times during training sessions.
Failure to disclose relevant behavioural information may result in removal from training without refund.
Owners remain solely responsible for their dog’s behaviour and any damage or injury caused by their dog.
SECTION 15 – TRAINING SESSION CONDUCT
During training sessions:
• Dogs must remain on lead unless instructed otherwise by the trainer.
• Dogs must not approach other dogs unless instructed.
• Owners must clean up after their dogs immediately.
• Sick dogs or dogs in season must not attend training.
The Dog Therapist Limited reserves the right to remove any dog or participant from training without refund if behaviour presents a safety risk to other participants, dogs or trainers.
SECTION 16 – EMERGENCY VETERINARY CARE
In the event of a veterinary emergency during training, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the owner or their emergency contact.
If contact cannot be made and urgent treatment is required, the owner authorises The Dog Therapist Limited to seek emergency veterinary care for the dog.
The owner agrees to reimburse any veterinary costs incurred.
SECTION 17 – PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
Photographs or videos may be taken during training sessions for educational, promotional or marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, you must inform us prior to the session.
SECTION 18 – LIABILITY
Participation in dog training carries inherent risks.
By attending training sessions, workshops or events provided by The Dog Therapist Limited, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
The Dog Therapist Limited, its employees, trainers and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in training sessions except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Owners remain fully responsible for their dog at all times.
SECTION 19 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Dog Therapist Limited from any claims, damages, losses or legal costs arising from:
• your breach of these Terms
• inaccurate information provided about your dog
• injury or damage caused by your dog.
SECTION 20 – TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services if a user breaches these Terms or behaves in a way that compromises safety or welfare during training sessions.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
SECTION 22 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
