This workshop is ideal for owners who want to improve their dog's everyday manners while becoming more confident in their own handling skills. Whether your dog struggles with excitement, lead pulling or reacting to everyday situations, you'll learn practical techniques that can be applied during daily walks and at home.
What will I learn during the dog training workshop?
During this two hour group dog training workshop, you'll learn clear and effective training methods to improve your dog's behaviour and your confidence as a handler. Craig will demonstrate practical techniques to help you manage challenging situations and build a calmer, more responsive relationship with your dog.
Is this workshop suitable if I lack confidence walking my dog?
Yes. Many owners attend because they feel anxious or unsure when walking their dog. The workshop is designed to help you understand your dog's behaviour, improve your handling skills and give you the confidence to deal with everyday situations calmly and consistently.
Will I receive individual guidance during the workshop?
Yes. Although the workshop is held in a small group of no more than eight dogs, Craig provides personalised guidance throughout the session. This allows you to receive advice that is relevant to your dog's behaviour while also learning from the experiences of other owners.
Is this workshop suitable for aggressive dogs?
No. The Skills & Manners Group Dog Training Workshop is designed for dogs that need help with manners, obedience, confidence and general behaviour. It is not suitable for dogs that display aggression towards people or other dogs. If you're unsure whether your dog is suitable, please contact us before booking.
